When Bray Leino was founded in North Devon 50 years ago, the marketing industry was almost entirely based in London. We have always valued a different perspective. And that translates to the talent we recruit too. In order to encourage diversity of thought, we offer a range of career entry routes, to make our Agency – and wider industry – accessible to people from a range of backgrounds.

Our golden year just got brighter: IPA CPD Gold and Platinum win

It’s a golden year for Bray Leino. As we celebrate our 50th year of business, the IPA has again awarded us CPD Gold status in recognition of our ongoing commitment to our people. But it doesn’t stop there… consistently achieving Gold secures us Platinum status – the IPA’s highest accolade – for the sixth year running, ensuring our place at the forefront of continuous professional development within our industry.
