Krispy Kreme & Brittany Ferries

Gold and Silver for Bray Leino at the Fresh Awards

With Award season now in full swing, we had a successful night at the Fresh Awards, walking away from the ceremony at Old Trafford with Silver and Gold Awards for two different projects.

Taking silver in the ‘TV and Cinema Advertising’ category, the ‘Curiosity’ TV  ad we made for Brittany Ferries wooed the judges in the same way it’s been wooing audiences for the last year.

The spot, see it above, uses using its charming, nostalgic flavour to remind people about the special place French holidays once held in their hearts, and re-ignite their passion for discovery.

Our Krispy Kreme poster, flip the content above to have a look, announcing the first of the brand’s iconic doughnut shops to open in Scotland, scored an awesome Gold in the ‘Poster Advertising’ category.

A devilishly simple idea designed for 48 sheet billboards; for maximum impact we developed a concept that perfectly merged the world of Krispy Kreme and a Scottish icon that everyone could identify – Nessie herself.

“Both of these projects have been successful because of the strength of their core idea,” says Jon Elsom, our Executive Creative Director. “Taking a great concept and delivering it with clarity, in its most simple form, is a fundamental part of what we do.”
