WKD has had a spruce up, with a new identity, new outlook, new flavours and stunning new bottle designs based around their brilliant new logo: a big exclamation mark. This summer, we’re helping them put it out there, fuelling the buzz all over the UK.
The multi-channel campaign celebrates being in the moment, snappily summed up in the brand’s ‘For The Now’ slogan. The creative idea revolves around ‘The Spot’ – where the dot beneath the ! vertical slides out to become a stage, on which talented WKD people strut their stuff.
It’s turning up in a massive digital OOH campaign across major UK cities, supported by a huge push on social with live stories and promoted posts on Snapchat and Instagram.
And it’s being activated at top UK festivals like Kendal Calling and Pride, where The Spot bar will feature exclusive sets from top Mixcloud DJs, an immersive slo-mo experience, VIP terrace, glitter bar, performance art, and huge screens playing out in-the-now moments, captured in real time around the festival site.
Amplification also includes POS, competitions, sampling and influencer marketing, and is set to reach up to 78% of 18-24 year-olds.
