It’s a hat trick: IPA CPD Platinum three years running
We are delighted to announce that Bray Leino has been awarded IPA CPD Platinum status for the third year running, in recognition of our continued commitment to our greatest asset—our people.
The IPA’s Continuous Professional Development (CDP) accreditation is the yardstick by which the UK's best Agencies are measured, awarded in recognition of exceptional investment in the professional development of employees. Bray Leino is among 24 Agencies to achieve CPD Platinum, the highest tier, granted after four years of gold accreditation within a five year period.
Described as “Exemplary”, our submission was commended for highlighting a “strong business focus and people culture”.
We currently employ around 350 people in offices across the UK, North America and Asia, delivering a range of CPD initiatives. These include a sophisticated on-boarding process, appraisals and reviews, leadership training and a variety of health and wellbeing activities. And the results speak for themselves: our staff retention rates are well above the industry average.
Our CEO Kate Cox said: “Receiving gold accreditation just once is an achievement; receiving platinum status three years running is a remarkable testament to our continued commitment to our people. We want them to feel supported and inspired to achieve, from the moment they first step through our door, throughout their professional journey with us. I’m enormously proud of the culture we’ve created.”
