We're one of only 41 communications agencies in the UK to achieve an IPA Gold in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and the only one in the South West to do so.
It's the third time in four years we've achieved the highly sought-after Gold standard.
We employ a dedicated team of learning and development specialists to deliver a diverse range of CPD initiatives across the group. These include a sophisticated on-boarding process, 360 appraisals and reviews, leadership training and a variety of health and wellbeing activities.
As a result our people stay with us; Bray Leino staff retention rates are higher than the industry average.
The award submission document creatively conveyed the “fabric” of the agency’s personnel development programme, emphasising how fundamental the activity is to the continued success of the business. The judges described it as, “a marvellous example of focusing on simple things, delivered brilliantly”.
The IPA judging panel said: “It is very clear from the Strategic Development Plan that CPD and business success are extremely well linked. Bray Leino has established very clear objectives with very focused CPD activities to meet them.”
Bray Leino CEO Kate Cox said: “Our success is built on our ability to attract, support and develop excellent people, so to have our achievements in this area repeatedly recognised by industry experts and to be leading the way in the South West makes me incredibly proud.”
