About the role

Bray Leino Media are a highly experienced team of media professionals, media & commutations planners, strategists and channel specialists responsible for media trading. We cover all channels on and off-line, print, digital, out of home, radio, cinema and TV as well as creative media solutions and partnerships. We work with clients as part of a ‘full service’ in conjunction with the Bray Leino creative offering, as well as media only business, working with clients direct. We’re currently recruiting for a social performance manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working within the digital media team and department to support all paid social trading activities across selected clients.
  • Managing paid social advertising activity in UK and EMEA markets. (Not boosting posts or community management)
  • Creating & implementing data led social advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Twitter, YouTube and Tik Tok
  • Working with off-line media planners and account teams to ensure that social media advertising is integrated with other channels; that creative, strategic outputs are aligned, including data utilization and campaigns are executed well.
  • Acting as the main social advertising trading point of contact on the accounts, you will develop a thorough understanding of the client, their business, products, markets, and audiences.
  • Understanding and assimilating the brief, (assist clients in developing the brief if necessary) and setting goals and objectives.
  • Developing the appropriate strategic or tactical solution depending upon the briefed communications utilizing any social advertising solution.
  • Building, implementation, and monitoring of full social advertising media plans. Including forecasting, monitoring, optimizing budgets and delivery.
  • Test new strategies, optimization methodologies and social advertising opportunities to innovate and grow connected eco systems for our clients.
  • Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports, lead weekly strategy reviews, and create weekly/ monthly client updates.
  • Build trusted and credible relationships with all key client personnel. Resolving issues or problems arising with client in a speedy manner.

What we are looking for...

  • Demonstrate outcomes with approach taken what methodologies and reasoning for campaign setup and optimisations
  • Thorough experience with social media activation and strong understanding of the global ad tech landscape
  • Experience managing and executing campaigns via ad servers such as Hootsuite or any other ad server.
  • Full knowledge and understanding of KPI’s and business drivers within the social advertising landscape.
  • Experience of developing strategic social advertising proposals either in isolation or as part of a wider digital or media activation.
  • Experience of working with creative and planning functions to deliver strategies and campaigns that deliver objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of the industry and all modern practices.
  • Manage social advertising Exec’s including workflow, coaching and development.
  • Ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities that build agency revenues.
  • Demonstrable social advertising experience in UK, EMEA and global markets
