About the role

We’re recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, working across a range of healthcare brands. You will manage and lead all live projects and budgets for your Client.

You may be an Account Manager looking for the next step up or an experienced Senior Account Manager eager for a new challenge in a fast-moving creative Agency.

You’ll be working on everything from social to brand development to TV production, engaging with people of all kinds - consumers, healthcare professionals, retailers. You’ll be helping to grow household names.  

We currently operate a hybrid model of working, so the ability to build excellent internal and external relationships via digital platforms is paramount.

The role will be based at a key Client’s head office in West Yorkshire, giving you the unique opportunity to integrate and truly partner with them. Occasionally, there will be travel across our offices in London, Bristol or Filleigh, North Devon.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being the person in the team who is driving every live project for your set of Clients
  • Managing and leading all live projects for your set of Clients
  • Being the bridge between the Client and Agency
  • Ensuring everything is delivered on time and on budget, without compromising on quality whilst pushing creativity
  • Looking for proactive opportunities for your set of Clients
  • Deputising for the AD and covering key meetings if required

What we are looking for...

To be considered for the role, you will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to account management. Proven account management skills are essential, as you will need to manage and lead multiple live projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while pushing creativity.

Exceptional relationship-building skills are crucial for engaging with your Client, healthcare professionals, consumers, and retailers, as you will serve as a vital bridge between the Client and the Agency.
