About the role

Bray Leino Media are a highly experienced team of media professionals, media & commutations planners, strategists and channel specialists responsible for media trading.  We cover all channels on and off-line, print, digital, out of home, radio, cinema and TV as well as creative media solutions and partnerships. We work with clients as part of a ‘full service’ in conjunction with the Bray Leino creative offering, as well as media only business, working with clients directly.


We’re a friendly, passionate bunch of people who love all things digital, working for big brands across travel, education, consumer goods pharmaceutical, food and beverage.


Taking a data first approach, we work across search, programmatic, social and emerging tech that helps grow our clients’ business.


Due to new client wins we are rapidly expanding our Digital Media Team and offering, so are looking for decided specialists.

Key responsibilities:

Working within the Digital Media Team alongside the Search Performance Manager you will be supporting all search (Google, Bing and Shopping) activity across selected clients. You will be assisting the Search Performance Manager as contact on the accounts, developing a thorough understanding of clients, their business, products, markets and audiences. Creating & implementing data led digital search strategies across the Google eco system.


You will support in the building, implementing and monitoring of full search activities. Including ad copy creation, development, testing, optimization, automation and personalization. Improving quality score across paid search campaigns through keyword, copy and landing page relevance optimization. You will run and analyze weekly and monthly reports, leading weekly strategy reviews, and assist in creating regular client updates

What we are looking for...

We are looking for passionate people who have some previous demonstrable experience of executing campaigns across paid search channels such as Google AdWords & Bing. We want people who have a hunger to learn and develop within search and other media channels. If you are not already certified & accredited in Google AdWords, GA, search 360 we will support you to achieve this.
