Product Delivery Manager

About the role

Reporting into the Head of Project Management, you will be joining a multi-disciplinary team servicing a significant key client.  


Working with one of our B2B clients you will be providing ongoing digital support across a number of existing websites. Providing support on BAU activities alongside separately costed stand-alone digital projects.  


Initially you will be working closely with the client to define and agree the processes, by which the 2 types of support will be managed and delivered.

Key responsibilities:

Business as usual

  • Work in collaboration with client and the Bray Leino UX, creative and technical teams to define scope and develop use cases.
  • Own and manage back log through the sprint process and ticketing system
  • Manage dedicated development and QA team alongside identifying the need for additional skills sets included in fee namely UX and design
  • Monitor and report on time against agreed fee
  • Identify where requirements fall outside of fee and require scoping, costing and delivering as a standalone project


Standalone projects

  • Scoping, costing and planning projects
  • Managing project through delivery cycle
  • Work in partnership with the traffic team to provide a clear schedule of work and ensure that projects are appropriately resourced.



  • Working with the traffic team to manage project resourcing
  • Define responsibilities of the project/BAU team
  • Day to day management of the project/BAU team
  • Managing suppliers (in-house or third party)
  • Create and manage the project plan/backlog, including estimation, tracking, and monitoring progress. This means estimating the duration of each process in the workflow and creating a project schedule with appropriate and realistic milestones.
  • Establish and oversee an effective and efficient workflow, allocating team members to each activity (in conjunction with traffic).
  • Establish and maintain effective project controls
  • Identify and manage project issues & risks
  • Assuring quality such that all deliverable work is up to the benchmark established in the project specifications
  • Manage delivery and review process through conducting project reviews and reporting against success criteria.
  • Provide an active role in anticipating and mitigating risks which could impact successful team completion of retained and project work.
  • Ensure project documentation and reporting status is in accordance with best-practice and client standards and compliances.

What we are looking for...

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager position within a digital product development environment, preferably with experience using Agile methodology. You will have sharp analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical approaches to problem-solving.


You will need to be able to form collaborative and effective relationships on-site with client stakeholders, being a clear communicator, articulating the big-picture view of the product as well as the detail of delivery. The environment is dynamic and fast paced, you will need to be proactive and motivated to deliver tangible and ongoing improvement through product development.


Able to understand and navigate the technical context of the client’s technical platform and processes in order to get work successfully delivered.


In order to build and maintain effective working relationships with the client you will have the opportunity to often work on site with them, discussing and shaping new requirements and reporting on current status of work in progress.
