About the team…

Within Bray Leino Agency we offer full production services to our clients. Unlike other agencies we generally have all of the capabilities in house, this means we deliver excellent integration and a quick, cost effective service to clients. It also means that you have an amazing opportunity to work on Stills, Online, Radio, TV & Cinema.


About the role…

You will be a vital member of our fast paced and busy production team. Your focus will be on your own projects. These will mainly consist of smaller-mid budget video and stills production. You will also get the chance to assist Producers with larger projects, providing a great opportunity to develop and increase your skills.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities;

  • Working on video and stills production
  • Producing adaptions to existing TVCs
  • Being responsible for usage & transmission
  • Ensuring factsheets and job reconciliations have been completed
  • Scheduling editors, crew, freelancers and production facilities
  • Building excellent relationships with client services team, creative team and external suppliers.
  • Good negotiation skills are vital
  • Keeping up to date with new content, TVCS, directors etc
  • Ensuring productions are delivered on time & within budget


What we are looking for…

Ideally you will have experience of working in Production within an agency environment and looking to go from a Senior Production Assistant to a Junior Producer. Planning, communication and organisation skills are essential as well as a passion to learn and develop. You should have a good understanding of all Microsoft software and programmes. This role will involve some travel.
