About the role

Bray Leino Media are a highly experienced team of media professionals, media & commutations planners, strategists and channel specialists responsible for media trading.  We cover all channels on and off-line, print, digital, out of home, radio, cinema and TV as well as creative media solutions and partnerships. We work with clients as part of a ‘full service’ in conjunction with the Bray Leino creative offering, as well as media only business, working with clients direct. We’re currently recruiting for a Digital Data Analyst 

Your main tasks will include performing detailed digital analysis, documenting findings, proposing recommendations to digital campaigns or web changes as well as lead on Digital attribution projects to give us a better picture of channel ROI. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be exceptional at providing clear actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Data Manager in attribution, data, tagging and migration projects.
  • Work across several digital data sources such as Google Analytics, google 360 suite, social outputs and produce performance reporting and optimisation recommendations.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and insights using our data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio.
  • Support on digital attribution and platform integration projects i.e., Google Big Query,
  • Understanding of SQL to aid in troubleshooting and query creation.
  • Support our paid media activity across search, social and programmatic by supporting the digital media team making data-led recommendations.
  • Deep dive analysis around key projects and campaigns in line with the rest of the digital media team
  • Identifying performance gaps in our client’s web properties and make suggestions to improve major outputs such as conversion rates, dwell time, bounce rate.
  • Use data points to enhance our understanding of consumer and buyer profiles.
  • supporting as a liaison between key stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

What we are looking for...

  • Have a passion for all things in digital data, machine learning, AI and automation.
  • Understand the digital media landscape and its products.
  • An understanding of KPI’s and business drivers within digital media
  • Experience of working as part of a data team.
  • Ability to manage workload autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent understanding of the industry and all modern practices.
  • As understanding and knowledge of digital marketing practices and how that impacts data collection
  • Support in identifying and develop commercial data opportunities that build agency revenues.
  • Ideally GA qualified or working towards certification.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and audit analytic setups to implement changes and ensure accuracy
