Background

Bray Leino developed its BroadCare software under the umbrella of its BroadSkill Solutions Division which has been delivering effective software development for the last 10 years. It started with the development of Funded Nursing Care Manager for Knowsley PCT, since then we have helped over 200 users from PCTs all around the UK to manage patient assessments, reviews, visits, outcomes and full financial payment schedules. The software has proved to greatly enhance the experience of sharing information with Strategic Health Authorities, neighbouring PCTs and the day-to-day management of staff and patient care.  Subsequently Bray Leino developed BroadCare to support this area of growing importance providing comprehensive financial management for PCTs

Simple Interface

We appreciate that the majority of our users are not computer experts so we have designed our software so that our users feel comfortable entering, searching or reporting from our system. BroadCare can be configured for optimum user access based upon permissions and security set by the administrator.

Intelligent Reporting

There are over 200 standard reports and many more which can be customized by you or with a little help from our team. You can create letters that can be stored against your patient or service user and our system ensures that task lists, weekly reports, invoices and local authority reports can be produced effortlessly and nothing is missed.

Pinpoint areas of spend

Never before have PCTs had access to this level of information. We have helped one Trust save over £120,000 in recharge costs alone and the software has been instrumental in many PCTs bringing payments in-house, shedding thousands of pounds off their yearly budgets. BroadCare has been proven to calculate external agency rates to provide accurate costing and identification of specific budget spend across many client groups. BroadCare can integrate with financial systems or provide information for budgetary reports which can be saved, reviewed, date stamped and exported to Excel, if needed.

Patient Data

BroadCare stores full information on all client groups from young people, low dependency, mental & physical health, palliative, terminal and those recovering from serious illness, in fact anybody who has been assessed and is eligible for Continuing Healthcare. This information is available in reports which can be used for both commissioning and quality checks.
