OMSCo choose Bray Leino for multi-channel campaign

08 September 2009

OMSCo, the 400-strong co-operative of organic dairy farmers and the UK's leading suppliers of organic milk, has appointed Bray Leino to handle its new national campaign to encourage consumers to make the switch to organic milk everyday.

Bray Leino has been enlisted to launch the new multi-channel communications campaign, which incorporates TV, print, advertising and PR, as well as additional online activity.

Despite the recession and a tough market, demand for organic milk has remained extremely robust. OMSCo will be working with Bray Leino to capitalise fully on their strong position within the market and expand consumer awareness of the positive benefits of organic milk - as the cheapest and easiest way to choose a more organic lifestyle.

Roberta Fuke, managing director at Bray Leino, says: "With the current climate reshaping the dairy industry, now is a very exciting time to be working on campaigns within this sector. At Bray Leino, we are looking forward to tackling consumer misconceptions about the cost and benefits of organic milk to encourage people to think about making organic milk a part of their daily routine."

Richard Hampton, sales and marketing director for OMSCo, says: "OMSCo has always appreciated the need for investment in consumer-focused communications. That's why, despite the current climate, the most important thing for us to do is to build the organic dairy sector. Based on Bray Leino's excellent experience of working within this sector, we believed they were the best choice to help us make this campaign a huge success."
