How transparent is your current agency? Everything we do is driven by our clients - and their customers. Every campaign we are running for the coming year has clearly defined targets and goals - and we ensure those are measurable for assessment not just by us, but by each client. There's a wealth of opportunities to measure our performance - and we openly invite assessment through:

  • Footfall Monitoring - as an example, we know (from research) that the average spend of customers is higher on a Sunday in most retail destinations, so we have set targets to drive Sunday footfall to be more in line with shopper/hr ratios during the rest of the week.
  • Car Park Usage - every car park has capacity at some point to win additional business; we are aware of the opportunities and (where relevant) make car park promotion a key element of activity.
  • Online Performance - every website we handle for every client is subject to rigorous SEO activity and we are 100% open on the viewing statistics; in fact, we are continually developing improved CMS systems and stats packages to give each client more information and greater access.
  • Data Capture - this is a rapidly-growing area and we have set targets for all clients to increase data capture and data management enabling us to reduce the reliance on external media and print.
  • Retailer Feedback - it is a key aspect of our work with retail destinations to get the 'buy in' of individual retailers to our ideas and campaigns, but this doesn't work at just a local/regional level. We will work hard to ensure head offices are kept up to date on our activity - and invite their input where appropriate.
  • Independent Research - our campaigns, designs and promotions have all been scrutinised by independent research from time to time; we are happy for that to happen - and are brave enough to take the feedback - good, bad or indifferent - and work with our clients to be even better.
