- Car Park Usage - every car park has capacity at some point to win additional business; we are aware of the opportunities and (where relevant) make car park promotion a key element of activity.
- Online Performance - every website we handle for every client is subject to rigorous SEO activity and we are 100% open on the viewing statistics; in fact, we are continually developing improved CMS systems and stats packages to give each client more information and greater access.
- Data Capture - this is a rapidly-growing area and we have set targets for all clients to increase data capture and data management enabling us to reduce the reliance on external media and print.
- Retailer Feedback - it is a key aspect of our work with retail destinations to get the 'buy in' of individual retailers to our ideas and campaigns, but this doesn't work at just a local/regional level. We will work hard to ensure head offices are kept up to date on our activity - and invite their input where appropriate.
- Independent Research - our campaigns, designs and promotions have all been scrutinised by independent research from time to time; we are happy for that to happen - and are brave enough to take the feedback - good, bad or indifferent - and work with our clients to be even better.
