Ahead of the pack

Dead Sea Clay SpaWe’re glowing with the good news that global face mask brand Montagne Jeunesse has appointed our Health & Wellbeing PR business to handle its new social media and PR awareness raising campaign, following a competitive pitch process.

With a remit to harness the loyalty of existing customers and bring new users to the brand by building understanding of its proposition in the UK and across the globe, our campaign will initially combine strategic media relations with a multi-layered social media campaign for maximum consumer impact and reach.

Kate Johnston, UK Marketing Manager Montagne Jeunesse, said: “We are delighted to be working with Bray Leino this year and look forward to an exciting year of activity. Bray Leino’s deep understanding and insight into our audience won the pitch, in addition to their fun, creative ideas and knowledge and experience within social media – a key channel for us in 2013.”

The Agency’s Apprentices take centre stage

Our Agency Apprentices Jon Mulligan (Yucca in Bristol) and Jamie Mead (Filleigh) were the stars of the show at the Adam&EveDDB offices in London recently where Jon stood up and very confidently introduced the video they had been invited to make about their experiences so far as Bray Leino Apprentices.

They were attending the Launch of the Higher Level Apprentice Courses they are involved in. Their video was the centrepiece of the evening and was tremendously well received!

Along with Hayley Rendle (who has sadly now decided to leave the Apprentice programme), they conceived, wrote and produced it themselves with thanks also due to Tony Webber and Paul Trueman for giving them a helping hand and especially to Neil Rolfe for filming and editing it all together (despite a broken toe!).

Wholly rollers

Our new campaign for Smokefree South West has just launched – and it packs a punch. One third of all smokers (about 300,000 people) down here in the south west roll their own. We were challenged with exploding the popular myth that hand-rolled are ‘better’ for smokers than cigarettes, so we’ve worked up a website, TV, radio and outdoor campaign to do it. more
